Slick slider conflicts with forms, why?

The page contains forms and slick sliders. When switching between form fields with the tab key, the focus moves as needed, but the visible part of the site moves. This happens in the forms that are located after the slick sliders (not all, for example on the page co83772.tmweb.ru this bug starts with the form "MAKE CLOSE NICE!" and up to the last form). I also noticed that this happens only if I switch the tab to the field where there is already text, in my case I have ui-mask +7( )___-__-__ in the "phone" field, it's not the mask, it's occurs if the field contains plain text. Only in Chrome
