Skype / viber / vatsap on android 4/7 (use with increased anonymity)?

Please tell me if at least on Android 7 you can
run this software (Skyip / Viber / Vatsap) without the SIM card enabled,
then which of the popular dialers (Skyip or Viber or Vatsap) will not wag nerves
with launch or verification via SMS and will it work stably?
And if you also block access to everything except the dialer to the network with a firewall, and even let it go through the tor? (no problem?)
if you download everything offline and install from apk files,
you still have to register on google play and update google software for dialers to work?
For example, Skype regets without SMS to mail and that's it? And for some reason, viber is all sorts of SMS verification, then a scan of graphic codes, or a weekly update?
Probably viber for stable operation as the most popular in the USSR requires complete transparency ... no anonymity?

Sorry, this is about the same as asking - "Is it safe to wear transparent underwear with seams and heavy-duty locks?"
Any messenger will merge you. IMHO, even a vaunted cart, although I won’t argue here and I won’t give proofs. And all of the above - just the way. There is no point in fencing something when the operator himself merges everything you need.
