Is it possible to integrate skype text chats into slack?

Task:
Mandatory:

1. Receive new chat messages from skype to slack
   
2. Answer them in slack and let them chat on Skype
   
3. See who writes .. For example, a bot writes to https://sameroom.io/ .. You see the message, but you don’t see who wrote it
   

It would be cool:

1. What if we write in a thread, the program pulls the root message + the last message to which we reply in the thread
   
2. In order to connect, you could have the entire Skype account, and see all the chats .. I would do it like this, in the slack there is one channel under the name Skype of that. It has a list of chats. And each chat has its own thread, where there is a linear correspondence =) But this is fantastic, of course.
   
3. Whatever there are no tags, it will quickly piss people off of course ..
   

Is it possible? Skype has closed its integration with Slack. The list of applications in the slack has skype, but it is only possible to call from slack to skype. I did not find third-party services except for the crooked sameroom.io.
