Skype on one PC does not start up, why?

Good time, colleagues, today is a good day, tell me who faced this? habrastorage.org/files/38c/00d/710/38c00d710d6a470... on one PC it starts up normally, but on the other, no account is included. I even talked to support in LiveChat, they didn't solve the problem...

Perhaps there is a firewall that blocks Skype.

Perhaps since the data is "not recognized", then the matter is in the locales. On the other hand, it is not a fact that the data successfully reaches the authorization server. First of all, I would check for the possibility of logging in with Microsoft records, if this did not solve the problem, I would start checking the locales, and if nothing is blocking the ports used by Skype, checking the computer with an antivirus would also not hurt.

Try deleting the profile in the appdata folder

once got such a problem, reinstalling the system on a crap computer, when I forgot to reset the write permissions to the profiles folder after returning it from a backup. Then it looked especially fun - new accounts logged in, and the old one, even when entering the correct password, did not.
