Skype messages on the phone have a life of their own?

Most of the Skype messages are not synchronized on the PC, I don’t know what to do, I can’t figure out any pattern, that is, no.
Who can tell what's wrong?

From my skype on my smartphone, I see only battery zhor. It's a Skype crook.

Unfortunately, this cannot be overcome. Skype seems to synchronize the history on its servers, but only a new one, mysterious jambs from the old one.
There are also problems with the new one, I kind of noticed that synchronization with mobile devices occurs only when they are turned on and Skype is running there, in other cases it does not. And then, not always.
So either put up with it, or install a corporate messenger with your own server on your network.
