Skype freezes with Punto Switcher running?

The situation is this: Win10x64, PS 4.3.6, Skype 7.35 Suddenly began to hang. If you turn off PS then there is no problem. Downgrading to 4.3.5 and 7.31 didn't change anything. Has anyone experienced this?
