Sketch won't load?

I recently bought an arduino and wanted to learn how to program with it, and wanted to upload the sketch already, but it immediately outputs this.

Plug the arduino into the computer, go to the menu Tools - Port and select the one you need.

1. Install the necessary driver for your Arduino UART-USB converter on your PC
2. Connect your Arduino to your PC. Make sure that the corresponding virtual COM port appears
3. In the Arduino IDE, in the Tools-Board menu, select your board, in the Tools-Port menu, select the appropriate port

This is due to the fact that the required port is not selected.
1- Connect via usb your arduino to com-8 port.
2-Go to arduino ide there are tools-port-and select com-8.
3-Download the blink example. To do this, go to the file-examples-basic-blink.
And try to download.
If it doesn't work, then you've been lied to. And you do not have an arduino, but a different board.
