How to build a budget FM transmitter based on Arduino?

Help me choose a budget kit for an Arduino-based FM transmitter or compatible components to solve a practical problem - jamming the Chanson radio station from a wonderful housemate.
I am unfamiliar with Arduino, but from what I managed to google, I realized that I needed an LCD module, a module, in fact, an FM transmitter and a breadboard. In the abundance of all components and analogues, I must admit that I am very bogged down. I would be very grateful for a detailed "estimate" with links.
PS I looked at ebay for 5-10 bucks devices like " 3.5mm Wireless Fm Transmitter ", I think they won't fit, because. a distance of 5-10m is declared. I need 10 meters + a couple of concrete walls to "penetrate" iron.

@noonv

Arduino is not needed here - look for an FM transmitter.

Which way to look? Taking into account the requirements - compactness, autonomous power supply, sufficient power (10m + 2 walls) ? Automotive won't fit.

In your case, the best solution would be a car transmitter (can be powered from 5 volts), you just need to improve it a little. I have music broadcast through two walls, distance > 10 m.
