Judging by your post, Arduino does not find the avrdude, which is responsible for transferring data from the compiled file to the flash microcontroller.
Or look for reasons why / bin / avrdude is not located.
It may very well be that you do not have the ARDUINO_HOME environment variable set. forum.brewpi.com/discussion/20/environment-variabl...
Or because of the build curve of an unreliable source, the tune didn't hit. Then I advise you to try another version of the IDE.
