Site url, which is better?

I'm writing a website and I have a question.
1. The site has two languages, RU&EN. Each link looks like site.ru/LANGUAGE/PAGE. Meta tags are attached to each page in their own languages. Content, of course, is also in your own language. How will the gosha react to this?
2. What is the best content address to use?

  1. site.ru/{lang}/show/{id}
  2. site.ru/{lang}/{id}
  3. site.ru/{lang}/{category}/{id}
  4. site.ru/{lang}/show/{name}
  5. site.ru/{lang}/{name}
  6. site.ru/{lang}/{category}/{name}

What will gosha perceive better?

@Genuas

It is better not to include superfluous (non-meaningful) elements in the URL. Therefore, I would immediately exclude options with "show". {id} - not CNC, so it's also a minus.
The 5th and 6th options remain, in which already "it depends" :)
We need more input data to solve such questions. Much depends on the logical/physical structure of the project.

site.ru/{lang}/{category}/{name} - best to use this!
