Site sys. admin on the local network?

Hello.
There was an idea to create an administration site in my local network, which will contain all the useful information for the administrator, and is available from anywhere, for example:
- Links to local resources such as zabbix, switches, wifi points, and so on. (In order not to remember what where)
- Files and programs (for example, AIDA, Lan speed test, autoruns, etc.)
- Network maps (to quickly remember the ip of the computer or connect via RDP)
- Maybe some notes (List standard programs, notes on setting up equipment)
- Etc.
Has anyone done something similar? Or is it all nonsense?
Wow so many responses thanks. Can someone share an example)) Screen.)
ps
In general, I settled on dokywiki.
I like it. Installed Bootstrap plugin + table editor + WYSIWYG editor (but I don't use it).
For beauty, you need to bother a little, but the effect is cool and comfortable for me.

Lift something based on any wiki engine (MediaWiki, DokuWiki or whatever) and store everything there. Conveniently.

Raise some Mediawiki if you really really want to. But in general, this is usually solved by a remote desktop or a network ball / flash drive, on which everything you need is located.

It had to be done right away.
Any Wiki or just an article engine.

In ancient times, I had a redmine - there were applications from users and there was a wiki with useful information.

I plan to do something similar in the near future, the network is growing, it’s no longer possible to fit in my head. My eye fell on a similar wiki engine, while I choose which one, I’m still looking at confluence, at one time I was very pleased with its capabilities, but now they hit teamwork, I didn’t look at the latest versions, maybe it’s not a cake anymore.
This is a sound idea, there should be documentation, and it is desirable that someone else understands it besides you.
The only important thing to consider is that in no case do you store sensitive information there, i. no logins / passwords, encryption keys and other information, having which you can fuck, and so you won’t notice right away.

Good afternoon, all this is solved by a ball on the network, the site is not particularly needed here, for reliability, you can duplicate it somewhere or include it in a backup in case of trouble. There are a lot of services for taking notes, for example, Google Keep - it immediately appears on the phone, but this is not for everyone. MediaWiki is about something else, I raised the company's help system with information and instructions for users on it.

Dig towards EXPLAIN and indexes.

Google towards the analysis of sql queries.
The universal way is to dump the query, then explain and optimize. If something is not clear from the interpretation of the result, again, google the necessary information.
An even deeper dive is perfomance_schema (mysql > 5.5).
