Site structure in Yandex.Webmaster?

Dear friends! Help me understand.
In Yandex.Webmaster, in the site structure section, some sections are displayed incorrectly. That is, one section has a drop-down menu with a further view of the hierarchy, and the other does not. However, they have the same structure.
I understand that I can add any sections myself, but I would like to understand why this is happening and if it is a sign of a problem.

There is definitely no problem here. Perhaps Yandex has not yet managed to form a structure, perhaps it considered the section that does not fully display as less priority. It's definitely not worth it.)
