Site parsing. Is it legal?

I want to use php to get some information from the weapons WOW. Needed for one of the gaming sites. I would like to know if this will entail any criminal liability? Or does Mother Russia care nothing?

Better follow the license agreement. All sorts of nasty things are usually written there.

By itself, parsing a site, like other open information resources, is completely legal, if you do not crack passwords, the results of your work do not change the code and structure, and also do not affect the functionality of the site.
However, the use of the received site resources (for example, copy-pasting texts or copying designs) may be a copyright infringement.

It seems to me that the question itself is incorrectly asked.
But I will answer it in the way that seems right to me (this is just my opinion - not necessarily true) - it seems to me that this will entail absolutely nothing, even not in Russia.

And you do not want to ask the site admins about this? For example, I don’t care if something is taken away from my site, while others can write a statement.

I think the Blizzards will only be happy for free PR.
