Site not opening on local server?

Hello, I want to "cheat" a little with my site, so as not to do it on the host, I installed a lamp for myself, checked - all the modules work, put my site there, I try to open it in the browser - it just gives a white screen, it's strange, because it works on the host , site built on opencart. Thanks in advance!

I went abroad, I go to the store, I give them money, and they look at me like I'm an idiot. Why is that? After all, in a stall near the house, I could always buy a jar of yagi?
The site is not a hammer. This is a very complex engineering solution, consisting of many subsystems, and highly dependent on the environment. Therefore, it is impossible to demand from him, as from a hammer, that he always work.
Both of your questions, "why the white screen" and "why it doesn't work, because it worked on the host" make no sense and are irrelevant to the problem. "Not working" can be for a million reasons.
Therefore, the only question that can be asked in such cases is "how do I find out why my site is not working." and this question has nothing to do with any irrelevant details - after the transfer of this site, or on the host, LAMP or WAMP. If the site does not work, it is raised. Not talking about "oh, but yesterday it worked!".
First of all, check if your lamp is working.
Then check the error logs.
Or turn on error output on the screen.
try to stop the site execution while still in bootstrap, with a test message. To understand whether the execution reaches the opencart at all, or not. Always look not at the picture in the browser, but at the source html.
In general, do not sit like a baby on a chair that is waiting for another spoonful of semolina, but start to figure out why the site is not working.

Maybe start by setting display_errors and error_reporting to the max level?
