When you turn on the computer, ESET NOD immediately blocks a certain site (torrent tracker with literature) that tries to start when the browser is turned off. And further in the process of work, this happens quite often, I use Vivaldi and Mozilla, I can’t find it in the ESET magazine. This site is in speed dial on both browsers, the problem appeared recently. In autoload is only the Viivaldi update. Where to dig?

Add this site to the exceptions for Nod or install Opera, there is a built-in VPN (free). One of these should solve your problem.
