Site backup review
A year ago I made a backup of the newly created site and received an archive with a backup copy.
Now we need to prove (not to ourselves, of course) that the site was ready a year ago and that the backup clearly shows this.
Please tell me:
1. is it possible to prove the authenticity that the backup, backup copy of the site and / or archive in the .tar.gz format was made exactly on the day on which I claim (and that the archive is not forged);
2. Is it easy to fake the date of creation of a website backup, website backup or archive:
3. How can you prove the existence of a website on the Ru-Center virtual hosting server on a certain date a year ago;
4. Who can conduct an examination of the backup copy of the site on a date a year ago?
Thank you! :)

Usually a backup is written to a disc and sent to yourself by mail.
If the envelope is not opened, then the issue of the backup date can be considered proven.
The date changes
touch -m -t 09082000 file
where 09 is the month, 08 is the day, 20 is the hour and 00 is the minute.
If the domain did not exist before the site was created, then, theoretically, you can find out from the same Yandex the date it was added to the index.
