Site availability monitoring with graphite submission?
Colleagues, good afternoon.
I know a lot of self-hosted services that allow you to monitor the availability of sites / services, make tcp-port checks and much more.
I use phpservmonitoring, which allows me to send emails when the site crashes. I know many services like cabot.com that do this.
But now there was a need to find a self-hosted solution that would monitor the sites / services that I would give it, and send these metrics to graphite. Tell me, is there something like that?
I know about zabbix and also use it as external monitoring of services, but it is not very convenient to start graphite with it. Perhaps there is something not very "heavy" (zabbix is not only about web monitoring), which can be easily deployed.
Thank you.

Found this thing: https://github.com/sanathp/statusok
Interesting and in principle what fits (I can use it with docker), but it would be more convenient if it integrated with graphite
