Single database of orders?
Hello.
A friend asked for help with a service station.
The essence of the service is as follows: there are clients who sign up for an oil change, engine repair, minor car repairs, washing, etc. Now everything is done in a notebook: several employees, including management, take a notebook on a call, scroll back and forth, look for a free day and enter the client. Those. long and dreary, especially when someone is not in place, you have to call employees and again running around with a notebook, scrolling through and other chores.
They ask you to install some program or service so that you can see on the screen, for example, a week or two, which day and time are busy and which are empty.
It is important that there be access from mobile platforms, i.e. from home, or from a mobile phone, one could score an application. Also, I would like to be able to keep this case on my server.
For some reason, it is CRM that comes to mind for me, although I have not even worked with them. But does anyone know more precisely what might be appropriate in this situation?

Google Calendar is customizable. It will also be from a mobile phone, incl. rights can be set.
plus one for a google calendar, all the more so you can make several calendars and schedules - by boxes, by masters, etc.
