Therefore, it seems that more often the first time it is not possible to enter. As a result, there is only one objective method for evaluating captcha - statistics. It is necessary to observe two conditions at each entrance: 1) look carefully at the captcha from the first time; 2) record the number of attempts and their result. Only in this case it will be possible to say from what time a particular person makes an entrance.
PS Habr itself could provide such statistics. Item 1 would not be guaranteed in it, but item 2 would be guaranteed.
