Why doesn't the make method work?

Good afternoon, I set up the nginx media server, according to the method described in the article on Habré, but at the compilation stage, namely after

./configure --prefix=/usr --add-module=../nginx-rtmp-module-master/arut-nginx-rtmp-module-0bb2323/ --pid-path=/var/run/nginx.pid --conf-path=/etc/nginx/nginx.conf --error-log-path=/var/log/nginx/error.log --http-log-path=/var/log/nginx/access.log --with-http_ssl_module
the command makegives me an error: make: *** No rule to make target `build', needed by `default'. stop.
What could be the problem? Please help, I've been stuck with this error for a long time...

@Oyaseo

If FreeBsd then do make config
If Linux / centos, then just put nginx-extras there seems to be this module
