Simultaneously stopped working in IE8, Opera, Chrome, but FireFox works
I can't log in to any site in Opera, Chrome, IE, but in FireFox everything works the same way.
Additionally, when running in the opera, dragonfly writes:
Yesterday I installed only two programs phpstorm and openoffice. Before that everything worked. Deleted it just in case, to no avail.
When you go to gmail.com, if you select the “remember me” checkbox when logging into your account, Opera writes
if you don’t check the box, then it normally goes to the mail.
IE behaves similarly.
What can cause such a problem and how to solve it?

Most likely it's out of greed =) They installed phpStorm, which means they most likely moved the date to 2014 so as not to pay for the license. When you translate the date, there are problems with certificates. Perhaps while the date was translated - somewhere the cookies were saved with the wrong date or something else.
In general, clear all possible caches and cookies, and make sure that you return the date to 2010, and not, say, to 2011)
Not 100%, but like Opera and Chrome, by default, Windows picks up Proxy settings from IE, but FireFox does not. Look in IE for connections to the network, maybe somehow cleverly set the proxy to https
The problem has already been explained, a small addition:
