Simultaneous placement of sites on different technologies on the same vps?

There are two back-end sites written in php and node.js, can they be run simultaneously on the same vps? (each site has its own separate domain, vps has one ip and port 80 is listening). If it is possible, then how to implement it, it would be interesting to know with what help this can be done.
