Simulation of the application running in active mode?

Hello everyone, I asked myself this question, is it possible to simulate the state of the application. It should think it's in active mode when it's minimized. Is there any way without rewriting the code?

rewrite right away. and even so, you will have problems with firmware that unnecessarily saves battery.
