Welcome all.
Interested in the ability to have a virtual SIM card for applications that require it to work correctly. Only a simulation is needed, the performance of the functions of a regular sim is not required. In some Android emulators for Windows (it seems in Nox, Bluestacks) this has already been implemented and works, but they are cumbersome, they send statistics and every step I take to the Chinese (NOX) and now and then they offer to put some "not boring wallpaper" download button under my finger to desktop.apk" (BlueStacks). What's more, many of them don't work at all when dealing with their questionable ads.
