Gentlemen, how do you work with service configurations in different environments?
I think this problem is / was in every company.
How to automate the process. standard situation. Development team, admin team.
So far, if a new configuration parameter is added, it is written to a special page, and when the admins deploy the application, they install it.
So far, all deployment is done manually. Admins have their own ansible playbooks.
Do you understand the essence and complexity of the issue? How did you achieve automation in these matters?
