Simple task manager (list of tickets) for development

Hello.

You need an application with a web face, the whole point of which is to maintain a large list of tickets related to any software project. Preferably with the simplest input, like “typed, pressed enter -> ticket created”. Tickets must have statuses (new, viewed, canceled, completed, etc.), must be linked to the date the ticket was created and to the author (an authentication system is needed), as well as a breakdown of tickets by category.

But the most important thing is speed, so that you can fill tickets as quickly as possible, practically without being distracted by it. It is possible as a service or any solution that can be quickly deployed on your server.

Thanks.

Check out Trello . Everything is eerily minimalistic, but it is done interestingly and performs its functions.

www.megaplan.ru/products/intranet-free.html - we use it right now. seems good, comfortable, improved. The management for paid versions does not want to give anything, but I need it, otherwise when tasks are written down on pieces of paper or by email, it’s not at the cash desk.

Try Wunderlist, there are clients for almost all platforms + there is a web interface, I have not yet seen it easier.

you can use redmine as an option, but I'm worried that you might not like the speed of creating tickets.
In order to minimize there you need to:
press the "new task" button
write: ticket name
write: ticket body
click: create and continue
write: ticket name
write: ticket body
click: create and continue
...
but for you redmine is probably too heavy, maybe there is something simpler , purely for tickets.

For example, JIRA can import tickets from CSV files. In this case, everything is simple - fill tickets in some Excel or OO, and then import them.

if you need custom multiple states (and not just “new”, “done”), then you need a kanban-based system, such as trello or blossom

www.assembla.com has tickets, wikis, svn, time tracking, and a bunch of other things. There is a Russian interface. Pretty clear and comfortable

Recently I was looking for a task manager with similar parameters.
I made the following top for myself:
Producteev (namely, a task manager with the possibility of teamwork + clients for different platforms), Wunderlist , Astrid , Asana , Toodledo

After a year on a rather simple and convenient Trello, they switched to Workflowy . This is such a list. And that's it. You won't find it easier.
Able to hierarchy, @users, #statuses/#ticket_id, smart sharing of lists between users and out.
Be sure to try.

now I use pintask.me - Russian service. Quite convenient, in the style of trello, but in Russian + many different features are convenient. Web only.
