Simple Sticky Notes not autoloading in Windows 10?

I have been using this program for a long time, never had any problems. I suddenly noticed that the program stopped starting with Winda. The system was recently rearranged, after that it stopped loading. The reason for reinstalling the OS is that Grub stopped loading Windows, fiddling with bcdboot and other utilities did nothing. Demolished SSN, cleaned the registry - all to no avail. There is a daw in the settings, but there is no program in the task manager in the Startup section of the program. UAC is disabled. I understand that it is possible to register with pens in the registry, but it should not be so. What could be?
