KeepassX. Actually, there is nothing to compare it with. Base decryption by password + key file drives (password in the head, key-file on an external device, base on another external device).

Great option 1password. It is both a separate application and browser plugins. There are different platforms. I have been using it for a long time, the impressions are only good.

KeePass is more powerful, Roboform is more usable but only for browsers.
