TF fully satisfies in terms of testing iOS Apps, so a full analogue is quite suitable.

Google Play is an analogue of TestFlight, the only problem is that you have to wait a couple of hours until testers can download. But with Android, you can just send APKs, for example, share a folder in dropbox.
