I do not understand how any work is happening, but at this time only the ProgressBar is shown. It also needs a start time and an end time. For example, downloading something from the Internet. How to set the end at the end of the download? Explain in more detail.

ProgressBar is attached to events: we started downloading and immediately show the progress bar, and when the download is completed, we remove the progress bar. Everything is done by hand.
