Hey! I used to work quite a lot with Oracle Application Express. In it, you can really quickly and conveniently create applications for working with the database in the form of a report form.
Are there any tools: IDE (for php) or maybe CMS to solve the problem of quickly building applications for working with data, but for other databases?

That is, I have, for example, mysql, which applications use. But I want to quickly and easily create something like a flexible admin panel for working with data, the interface of which can be quickly redone.

If I completely despair, I will set up DBLink oralce on mysql and will do it in apex. But this is a kapets from a cannon on sparrows!
