Are there sites like appshopper.com for the App Store that send you an email notification when the price of an app you're interested in drops on Google Play? Or where you can look at the history of the price of some application to understand if the developer has ever made a sale at all.

I was on the iPhone for a long time, recently switched to android, and now I would like to note several programs that are not urgently needed, but which could be bought on occasion.
