Similar audience based on Google Ads (Adwords) phones?

Good day!
In Adwords, you can create an audience for Remarketing from your phone/email database.
Is there a way to find a lookalike audience (similar to my base of numbers) for displaying ads in the Display Network?
Facebook also has the function of displaying ads in its database of numbers, but it also has the function of searching for a similar audience as in your database. Is there something similar in Google Ads?

Of course have. Create an email/tel audience, then just create a lookalike audience.
Everything is simple there, there are a lot of video tutorials on YouTube on this topic.
