Beautiful layout of tables like Google Spreadsheets

I set myself the goal of making something similar to a large excel table with the necessary functionality, and the question of a “beautiful” display of data arose. Can someone advise how to make a table the same as Google's? Recommend plugins for jquery, tricky styles?

I'm addicted to jqGrid , but most likely it won't work for you in its raw form, with selections of several cells and other goodies you'll have to conjure yourself. I also remember whether it is possible to easily organize the auto-fitting of the line for the content in it, most likely also to cut it yourself. Of the undoubted advantages of this plugin, I can only note a good display of trees.
Managing the visibility of columns, filters and transformations, custom rendering of cells in a column, and much more is done quite easily.
A powerful drawback can only be considered not very intelligible documentation.

=) A year ago I made such functionality with pens, it's not as difficult as it seems. Well, provided that you only need to display the data with a plate and edit them.
