Signature template in Outlook 2010?
It costs Server Exchange 2010, it has over 300 users, each with their own positions, departments, phone numbers, mail, etc., in personal data.
How to make html signature template so that everyone has the same layout but different data?
As I understand it, the signature design is stored locally for each user in the C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures\ folder. It
is not an option to collect all the files and manually replace the data there. Sculpt a script that will take data from AD, generate a file and send it to wheelbarrows, too.
Are there any "general" designations for data in a business card or somewhere else, so that you can make one file and send it to all cars, and Outlook will already substitute the data for "general" values
For example:
#Contact #phone
