Signal analysis for a beginner, where to start?
There is a need for signal analysis, but I'm new to this.
There is a discrete signal decomposed into harmonics (time, harmonic, its amplitude), but so far I have not found software in which you can build a 3D diagram from the available data to see how it looks.
Question: what software is usually used for such an analysis, and where to start? Such a subject was taken at the university, but, obviously, the understanding is very superficial.

I think any statistical package will cope with this task, for example R with the appropriate package, or Python + matplotlib, etc.
