Sidebar goes down in mobile version?

Good afternoon. I say right away that I don’t know anything about languages, I just bought a template and uploaded it to my site, in the sidebar directory it goes down 5eea37d2a2da5560651468.jpeg. You need to stay at the top in the mobile version. How can it be implemented?

It depends on what layout the template has and how adaptability is implemented.
If, roughly, like this:
|| Hat ||
_______________________________________
|| Sidebar 1 || Catalog || Sidebar 2 ||
_______________________________________
|| Footer ||
Then "Sidebar 2" in most cases will go under "Content" on mobile phones, i.e. like this:
|| Hat ||
________________
|| Sidebar 1 ||
|| Catalog ||
|| Sidebar 2 ||
________________
|| Footer ||
To leave it at the top, you need to change the layout.
