The apartment is being renovated and the office will be located in the kitchen (we already have a kitchen in our neighboring apartment).
I would like to protect myself from water as much as possible, since judging by the stains on the ceiling and walls, the previous owners of the apartment were nobly drowned.
The kitchen will have a stretch ceiling for protection, I also wanted to consider automatics for shutting off the water supply, turning off the electricity and notifying me.
Maybe there are reliable solutions in this area?
