Shrink Realm DB?

There is an encrypted realm database file. When compressed, a very small percentage of compression is given, at 50 mb, it is compressed to 38-40 mb. Moreover, an unencrypted file shrinks more than 2 times and weighs an unencrypted file 1.5 times less. This is probably due to the specifics of data compression and encryption.
The question is why the realm data file weighs so much (compared to the sqlite counterpart, which, with a similar data set, weighs several times less) and how is it possible to reduce the size of such a file?
