I noticed such a problem that when you go to the site from a PC and point at the product, it shows the "add to cart" button. And when you go to the site from mobile devices, then in most products, replacing the "add to cart" buttons shows the "more" button
Site on 1C bitrix.
The button is not replaced on all products! Some items show a "Add to Cart" button.

It can be styles and a browser, or maybe it comes from the backend like this.
You can connect your smartphone via USB and use the chrome debugger to inspect the HTML code.
If the output is different, look in the components for why this is so.
In this case, xdebug on the fly would be ideal when viewing the site from a device, but inspecting on a computer.
