Show ip on graph in zabbix, how?

There is a certain node, pulling one of its userparametrs I get ip as a result, something like this:

zb ~$ zabbix_get -s node1.example -k speedtest.10
31.173.xxx.xxx
zb ~$

How can I display ip on a graph?
