Should You Use Wix Website Builder?
I'm going to open a simple online store, I'm looking in the direction of website builders. I really liked Wix, but I read a lot of negative reviews about it. Attention to the question - Is it worth using it? If not, then what would you advise to choose?

All constructors have one thing in common: as soon as you want something "non-standard", some components that are missing in the framework of this constructor, unforeseen difficulties begin. It is often easier and more profitable to remake a site from scratch than to add modules to the constructor.
So if you need a site "launched and forgotten", and the current features of the designer are enough - do it.
no. it is very heavy and uncomfortable. it is better to spend time on a convenient site
No, it's not worth it. Take a normal cms with the functionality of an online store and make it human.
The main criteria: beautiful and free (with minimal investment), if the service goes well, then we plan to move to CMS. WIX is suitable for this development option, as I understand it?
My biggest negative experience with Wix is the blatant scam on their part. For my clients on a PAID tariff plan, I personally had a pop-under pop up several times (this is when a new inactive browser window opens with ads). The problem was this summer (June-July 2015)!
Not only should there be no advertising on the paid tariff plan, but also what kind of advertising! At least Yandex is pessimizing for it. As a maximum, users will no longer visit such a site.
How can you seriously take a service that allows such punctures (intentionally or not, it does not matter)?
If you really don’t want to bother with hosting and installation, then I would choose www.shop-script.ru
And if you put it yourself, then you can choose from a lot of things. The same WordPress + WooCommerce, OpenCart.
