Hello everyone , I plan to translate the site to HTML player to play video . But I still don't know if it's worth it, is there any pluses in it? Can the video load faster? Video in mp4 format.

Definitely, it's long overdue. Flash is a dying (or deceased) technology. Not only does adobe no longer support and distribute flash, but browsers are no longer supporting it. Pity the users.
