Should you use CloudFlare or not?

Good day to all. I must say right away that I have never used CDN before. Recently, I began to look closely at CloudFlare. I read reviews on the Internet and a lot of negative ones. What do you think about this CDN service provider. Or maybe you use others. I would be glad to hear opinions. Thanks in advance.

Works with floor pink on all domains. Moreover, now SSL support has been made free - generally beauty.
If something does not work, it is most likely that the hands are crooked, or there were some problems in the past.
I started using it more than six months ago - at the beginning they were put down once (DDoS), without a clue how O_o, nothing else like this happened, it works like a clock.

If your main audience is Russia and the CIS, then I advise the Russian CDN, namely cdnvideo.ru points of presence throughout Russia and the CIS, Europe, America.
I tested CloudFront and Cloudflare, content from America was given, the ping is naturally high, so using their service is not an option in Russia, it makes no sense because, as far as I know, they do not have points in Russia.
And we provide you with our certificate or you can use your own.

Do you think there will be other reviews here? I tried recently, it didn't work with SSL. I had to shelve the idea.

SSL on CloudFlare does not work quite correctly, not all browsers and operating systems accept it (SNI). habrahabr.ru/post/239507

Something on the Internet went a lot of very bad reviews about this hosting. Like everyone is sitting there with programs and hacking, doing redirects and other sites, and thus they (hosting employees) turn a blind eye to them.
For those who steal there, it’s convenient to parse sites, since the support is in English and it’s hard to achieve something there.
