Should you quit your job?

I am 19 years old, 4 years of which I have been programming in PHP. At the moment, I have acquired quite a lot of knowledge in this area. Two months ago, I was offered a job in a local company, where, without explaining the situation, they forced me to work on seven projects at once. The team is very unprofessional, they do everything “in a slipshod manner”, and the salary was cut by almost half last month due to the fact that I went to couples at the university and worked several hours a day, albeit late. This month, between sessions, I work until the evening. But I do not see any development in this company for myself, there is nothing to learn here. I only spend my resources, but I do not develop. I want to quit this job as soon as I get paid for this month, but I'm scared that I won't be able to find another, better place, because in September I need to pay for a contract at the university, and if there is no work, it is quite obvious that I will not be able to. Please advise, stay and pull the strap until September or leave now and look for something else?

And what prevents you from first looking for a new job and, if successful, leaving the old one?

And I wouldn't recommend leaving. At least that's how "nowhere".
Firstly, you are young and inexperienced, those things that seem terrible to you may not actually be (for everyone except you).
Secondly, at least some money, this work brings you, if you just leave now, you won’t have that either.
To continue the conversation, say: what did you do to change the situation in your current place? Did you talk to the boss, offer options? When you got a job, did you stipulate that you would combine work with study?
On the organization of the workflow - do you know how it can be improved? Have you suggested this to your manager?

Give it up. 4 years of experience, that's fine.. you can find something remotely and go freelancing.

Can you borrow money from a bank?
Of course you should leave. Working in such a company will bring nothing but disgust.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
