Should the name on Odesk match the foreign passport?

Good afternoon. Recently started working for Odesk, received the first orders. And now the question arose about the withdrawal to payoneer. The fact is that I used to be in the USA, and they called me Serhiy :) due to transliteration from Ukrainian, and in order to avoid this, I changed 2 letters in the name in the Odessa profile from Serhiy (as in the passport) to Sergey. I asked support about this, they didn't answer.
Tell me if there will be problems with the withdrawal, or such changes are allowed?
And to order a card, you need to indicate the address of registration or the address of the current residence, or can you send it to your loved ones, for example? (I’m renting an apartment, who knows, maybe by the time of receipt I’ll have to change the apartment)

You are one person and your full name must match everywhere. In case of any problems with the card, you will not be able to prove that it is yours.

The card can be ordered to any address. I don’t have registration at all (you don’t and can’t have a residence permit, it was canceled in 1993) and I ordered a card just to the address from which they would definitely give me, everything calmly came.
