Can you please tell me how to find and offer cooperation to an agency on Upwork? If you have experience in this topic, I would be interested in reading some tips or life hacks. Thank you in advance!
If it's important, then I'm an editing director, I have experience working outside of freelance exchanges and I have a portfolio, but so far I haven't been able to take the first order in a month of searching.

In my opinion, upwork_E collects one dandruff. MB worth considering other exchanges? In the end, there is always contextual advertising, a mini-site and go. For that you will collect real end (not finished) customers. And the cost is higher.
