Should the List-Unsubscribe header be URL encoded?
Each letter sent as part of the mailing list (from mailing list) must contain control meta-headers. Among them, almost the most used is List-Unsubscribe, which points to an address resource that excludes an address from the distribution (RFC2369). But in this RFC and in related ones (RFC8058) I did not find a recommendation on how to style such links in a way that excludes "unsafe" characters in the URL context. So the question is: is it necessary to implement url encode this kind of headers? Interested in both sensations and standards/recommendations.
