Better to stay, nothing new, just an unnecessary "Health" program for the latest nerds.
There are new bells and whistles, not essential, not worth going over.
With update 8.1, nothing special has changed, only the bugs in version 8, which the entire network wrote about, were fixed. Some applications are still buggy, sometimes they open crookedly and have to be closed and opened.
The most important thing is noticeable lags in wi-fi networks, at which I asked the guys they have the same problems, with sky-high speed over wi-fi, when you load something in 1/3 of cases, a simple news page is loaded only after the second time (or after 1 click you will have to wait from 10 seconds).
And so it is better to weigh and see all the pros and cons in 8.1. I really want to do a downgrade, but, unfortunately, they closed this opportunity.
