iPhone stuck at 100% charge, what's wrong?

I can’t understand what’s the matter, because how the iPhone 4 froze at the 100% charge mark, and does not fall lower, when charging, nothing changes, just like after a restart. Not a single tweak and program sees a problem and writes a stable 100% charge. So what's the deal?
Reconnected all modules, and the battery itself is in order. but nothing helped
